Numbers USA reporter Roy Beck was just trying to cover the Washington DC rally attended by many illegal aliens and Marxists last month. What do Progressives/Marxist/Socialist/Communist do when presented with arguments that oppose their positions of dismantling the sovereignty and Constitution of America? The worst part of this travesty is that the Washington Mall, maintained with taxpayer money, is policed by Park Police thugs who show more respect for the illegal aliens than the reporter who was removed from the ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION RALLY. These people are looking for trouble and the more they continue to allow themselves to be agitated and manipulated, by those who want to destroy America, the frequency in which they will find themselves faced with tens of millions of pissed-off Americas will substantially increase.

Why are these Hispanic ILLEGAL ALIENS being supported by groups like HIAS and the Catholic Church? Without these types of groups that want to destroy America, illegal immigration would be dealt with appropriately by the laws of our land. However, those traitorous groups will continue their assault on America and our Constitutional Republic.

The root of this problem arises from those groups that are “Hate-Brokers” and enemies of the state. Research the Communists subversion of the American Constitution and you will find its toxic activities rooted in Communism that was introduced through unions and social and economic justice groups that insist America was built on a faulty foundation. I say go peddle that progressive bull dung elsewhere.

By the way, hotbeds for Communistic activities are well documented in specific cities such as NYC, Chicago, San Fransisco, St Paul and the institution of Harvard (capital of intelligentsia and elitism movements). Democratic Rep. Debbie Wasserman Shultz (D) apparently believes Americans “just don’t understand” the national mandatory socialized health care system she and her progressives pals shoved down our throats. She explains that Americans are not required to purchase health insurance. No penalties here. It’s merely a tax bracket adjustment. Really?

These Marxist fisters really seem to get off by sticking it to Americans. It’s sad that there are Americas enjoying the rotten fruit born from these abuses and traitorous activities. They gotta go.

I’d love to know what the two traitors-in-arms, Joe Lieberman and Al Franken in the background on the video, were thinking and talking about while their drunk communist Senator Comrade from Montana talked very plainly about redistributing income to benefit the poor.

First, I just can’t believe residents in the beautiful state of Montana voted for this guy on purpose. Everywhere I visited in Montana was the exact opposite of this commie. Montana, like my state (who elected Lindsey Graham), should be ashamed for allowing these haters to trample on American freedoms and shred our Constitution. .

These Progressives, Socialists, and Communists, in every level of our Federal Government, are a cancer to America and need to be put on trial as traitors for trampling on the constitution. At a minimum, they need to be kicked to the curb.

Controlling Americans

If you took the time to look at Congressional representation in Detroit, MI, you will find (D-15, 16) were represented by only two people since 1935. That’s correct, only two in 75 years. To compound that issue, the two Congressman came in the form of a father-son combo.

The death of Detroit comes partly at the hands of the socialist relic congressman John Conyers representing the Detroit district (MI-14) for close to 30 years. Detroit’s fate also lies with the Congressional control of (MI-16) by a father-son combo. John Lesinski, Sr. held the seat March 4, 1933–May 27, 1950. He died in office and a special election brought his son into the seat. John Lesinski, Jr. served from January 3, 1951–January 3, 1965.

(MI-15), created in 1933 was represented by John Dingell Sr. March 3, 1933 – September 19, 1955. He was replaced by his son John Dingell Jr., in a special election, after  Dingell Sr. died in office. John Dingle Jr.  represented (MI-15) December 13, 1955 – January 3, 1965.  (MI-16) was merged in 1965 with (MI-15). John Dingell Jr. defeated John Lesinski, Jr. in the 1965 election. Confused yet? Your supposed to be. Michigan has been a subject of Gerrymandering for years and the results were fruitful for Progressives.

This Congressional area was essentially controlled by (2) father-son combos. John Dingell Jr. is the Dean of Congress, being its longest serving member. Ironically enough, John Dingell Jr.’s wife is the daughter of one of the founders of GM (Government Motors).

For a man in this position, I thought one of the most moronic statements he made was in an interview with C-Span in 2007 when discussing taxing Americans for climate change. Excepts below:

ANDREWS:  Yes.  Can you tell us anything more about what combination of bills will actually be in the package that arrives in July?…

DINGELL:  …Everything from clothes washers, dryers, dishwashers, dehumidifiers, residential boilers will be covered, and a lot of other things, including refrigerators and freezers…This will be mandated – something which has been avoided by every administration since we passed the first legislation back in the 1970s.

HITT:  You sketched a bill that does not include production incentives for fossil fuels – coal and oil, natural gas…

DINGELL: I pointed out that we’re going to go into the consideration of a much broader bill with much more controversial questions, including the overall question of global warming…

SWAIN:  …Mr. Chairman, I want to go back to your statement that the American people want action. Does that also correlate with the American people being willing to pay higher prices, because of energy legislation?

DINGELL:  I sincerely doubt that the American people are willing to pay what this is really going to cost them…I will be introducing in the next little bit a carbon tax bill, just to sort of see how people really feel about this.  And it will impose, for example, on gasoline a 50 cent tax. It also will place a very substantial tax on CO2 emissions, amounting to a double-digit tax on tons of CO2 emitted…

You talk about trying to kill his cash cow. Knowing that GM was not in a good position at that time to effectively compete with foreign competitors’ fuel efficiency, why would he even support this notion. Drive more customers away from union-dominated GM is certainly a way to help help kill GM it or drive it into bankruptcy.

I think Dingell has gotten so senile, he forgot to keep his mouth shut about the Progressives’ agenda to communize America.  Yesterday on a radio interview, the twelve minute with John Dingell Jr. provides about ten minutes of DNC (Progressive) talking points. Yep, the same ones. The funny thing is that he couldn’t even follow the script in a straight voice. The once great city of Detroit is dead because this Congressman and his Progressive predecessors have turned it into a Union-controlled welfare slum city. It seems Mr. Dingell has done a good job of controlling his constituents, approximately 75% minority. Keep them dumb and happy with welfare and they will always keep you in office.

That’s right. These will be the talking points of progressives from now until November.

We are already seeing the bomb throwers crawling out from under their rocks with claims of racial epitaphs, yet no one has produced a single piece of evidence confirming this claim. It must really be prevalent too, being there aren’t many video cameras around these days.

None the less, even if a few kooks were out of line, it says nothing about the 70% of Americans  who oppose Obamacare on principle.

The fact that there are many citizens of color who will benefit from this new legislation allows the left to play the race card in the debate and believe me, they will.

Of course, anyone who opposes the legislation must surely hate children because under this new plan, they will no longer suffer “discrimination” by evil insurance companies due to preexisting conditions, even though most children are already covered under SCHIP.

Clearly, there is no way anyone could oppose this “historic” legislation unless they’re simply a racist homophobe who hates poor children.

There couldn’t be any other reason to oppose Obamacare. You know, like spending 2.5 trillion dollars we don’t have on a massive new entitlement that will eventually bankrupt the country, as well as raise taxes in the midst of a recession, while shredding the constitution.

Nah, that couldn’t be it…..

This crusty relic of a Senator is the Chair of one of the most powerful Senate Committees, the Senate Judiciary Committee. You would hope that these progressives would at least learn about the founding of our country and the Bill of Rights, and Declaration of Independence (at a minimum) before being allowed in these committees, much less be allowed to run for elected office. However, when interviewed regarding the constitutionality of government mandated socialized healthcare, he declared it was allowed under the “Good and Welfare Clause”. Watch, but be warned this may cause blood to shoot from your eyes.

That’s right -just make this stuff up (including the rules) as they go.

What is the importance of the Senate’s Judiciary Committee

Established in 1816, the Judiciary Committee is one of the standing, or permanent, committees of the U.S. Senate. In 1868 the Senate directed the Judiciary Committee to examine and screen, for the full Senate, all Presidential nominations to the Supreme Court. Since then, one of the highly visible and very important duties of the committee is its investigations and recommendations about Presidential nominations to the Supreme Court.

-The Judiciary Committee quickly became a powerful influence on national legislation
-It is most popularly known for investigating nominees to the federal bench
-The Judiciary Committee receives the president’s judicial nominations from the full Senate for  investigation – The committee’s handling of nominations has been a subject of controversy almost from the origins of that practice…it is not unusual for committee chairs to further delegate responsibilities to subcommittees for reviewing lower court nominees.

This helps solidify the argument that all Congresspeople and members and appointees of the Executive Branch should be certified in American Constitutional knowledge. This clueless buffoon is one of the many in the Legislative Branch with no clue regarding America’s founding. What they do learn is used as a point of reference to promote progressivism, socialism, communism, Marxism, etc.. only

Please help educate America about the enemies of our Constitutional Representative Republic and how these traitors, both Republican, Democrat, and Independent, have no other goal for America that to have Lady Liberty holding a “Hammer and Sickle”.

Health Insurance Reform Does Nothing To Control Health Care Costs

There are no provisions in the current insurance reform bill to address the rising cost of health care. This bill is simply a massive entitlement program that extends health insurance (not health care) to millions of citizens who currently do not have insurance, for whatever reason. The legislation does not address the extreme high cost of actual health care, such as charging $20 for an aspirin, controlling waste, fraud and abuse, nor does it eliminate defensive medicine, which results in needless and overpriced tests and procedures. There are no provisions to allow insurance companies to compete across state lines, which would bring real competition into the system and drive down prices.

Instituting Massive New Taxes and Dubious Accounting Gimmicks To Claim Deficit Reduction

The legislation will cost an estimated 1 trillion dollars in the first 10 years. Certainly, taxes can be increased to help cover the first 10 years of new costs associated with extending health insurance to millions of uninsured individuals. $500 billion in new taxes are included in this bill. Here is a list of just a few of these new taxes.

* Tax on high-end health insurance plans: $149.1 billion (with carved out exemptions for most union members)
* Capping flexible spending accounts at $2,500: $14.6 billion
* Fees for drug makers: $22.2 billion
* Fees for medical device makers: $19.3 billion
* Fees for health insurance companies: $60.4 billion
* Higher floor for deducting medical expenses: $15.2 billion
* Higher payroll tax for top earners: $53.8 billion
* Tax on cosmetic surgery: $5.8 billion

Of course, this actually increases the cost of medical care, which is fiscal insanity. All of these fees will result in higher medical costs and those costs will be passed on to the insurance policy holders.

The other $500 billion will come from cuts and savings in Medicare, which is suppose to extend the life of Medicare. However, the $500 billion will be spent to extend health insurance to millions of non-insured under this new bill. You cannot spend the same money twice but that is what Obama and the proponents of this legislation are saying. This is about as intellectually dishonest as it gets. It’s an out and out lie to claim this will extend the life of Medicare when it will have just the opposite affect.

Another gimmick in this bill is that the taxes will be collected for 10 years but the benefits will kick in only in the last 6 years. So, you’re collecting 10 years of taxes to pay for 6 years of benefits, concealing the true cost of the bill over a 10 year period. Under this kind of dubious accounting, it is intellectually dishonest to claim this bill will reduce the deficit.

The $300 billion dollar so called “Doctor Fix” is not even included in this legislation, which if added to the bill, would result in a overall increase in the deficit. The only reason it was left out of the bill is so they could get it scored by the CBO to show a decrease in the deficit. Again, a very intellectually dishonest maneuver.

All Citizens Forced To Purchase A Government Approved Level Of Insurance Under An Individual Mandate

This is one of the most disturbing elements of the bill. There is no provision under the constitution which allows the government to force citizens to purchase anything. The proponents of this legislation point to auto insurance as a model. However, driving a vehicle is a privilege. Unlike a heath insurance mandate, no one is forced to purchase and drive a vehicle so no one is forced to purchase “liability” insurance.

The bill contains provisions which allow the IRS to come after your property if you choose not to purchase government mandated insurance. You can be fined, your property can be seized and you can be tossed in jail if you do not comply. Is this the America you want to live in? Some people believe doctors are mere pawns of big pharma and much of the so called “medicine” being dolled out causes more health complications than it does to fix medical conditions it is intended to cure. Those people should not be forced to participate in an insurance and medical system in which they have no confidence.

If the government can force citizens to purchase a commodity or service, we will find ourselves on a very slippery slope which will allow the government to force us to purchase anything they deem necessary for the collective. This is not a principle on which this country was founded and I hope the citizens will stand up and oppose this assault on our liberty, our freedom and our constitution.

Health Insurance Is Not A Fundamental Right

The government does not extend rights. We are born with inalienable rights, including the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Housing is not a right. Food and clothing is not a right. A job is not a right. Health insurance is not a right. If any person would like housing, food, clothing or heath insurance, it is up to the individual to purchase those things. We have the right to pursue happiness but that doesn’t mean we will all be happy. We are all created equal but that doesn’t mean we will all end up equal. That is a fantasy of Communist Utopians.

Obama Care Is A Naked Redistribution Of Wealth

The goal of the proposed insurance reform bill is to extend health insurance coverage to all individuals living in the United States. The only way for this to be achieved is to force younger, healthier individuals into an insurance pool. The premiums on the younger/healthier individuals will be increased to unfair levels in order to cover the increasing number of sick and elderly, including those with preexisting conditions. This is pure redistribution of monies from one group to another, with no regard for the skyrocketing cost of health care. Forcing an insurance company to cover those with preexisting conditions is NOT insurance. A good analogy is that if my house burns down today, I would still be able to take out fire insurance tomorrow, so as to cover my home’s preexisting condition (burnt to the ground).

Obama care would transform insurance companies into government subsidized and controlled 3rd party payer systems, which have nothing to do with actual insurance. It will be a system whereby a private entity will be administering a new government entitlement system. Many citizens see this as much worse than a single payer system due to the profit being made by the insurance companies and some politicians on the left oppose this legislation for those exact reasons. However, it will be convenient for politicians to blame the insurance companies when the rationing, we all know is coming, ratchets up.

Summary

To sum up, this health insurance reform legislation will not lower costs. At great monetary costs, through back room deals, bribes and political payoffs, and at the expense of individual liberty, it will cover more people. It amounts to forced charity, through a government mandated redistribution of wealth, which in reality, is not charity all. Far from it, actually.

We should abandon this exceedingly flawed and unconstitutional legislation in favor of true reform that doesn’t abandon free market capitalism and the principles on which this nation was founded. If our non-representing representatives insist on forcing this legislation onto the citizenry, we should make them pay dearly at the ballot box and do everything in our power to repeal the legislation and elect representatives who actually listen to, and actually represent their constituents.
