	<description><![CDATA[<p>Well, the whole idea was unfreeze the credit market but there were no mandates to lend, so they didn&#39;t. This has put a big strain on small businesses and many may go under, taking jobs with them.</p>
<p>One of the more disturbing aricles referenced here was how the government is trying to redirect contrats from small businesses to conglomerates.</p>
